Common use of Use of Contractors and Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Use of Contractors and Subcontractors. Seller shall be permitted to use contractors and subcontractors to perform its obligations under this Agreement, provided however, that such contractors and subcontractors shall be duly licensed and shall provide any work in accordance with applicable industry standards. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller shall continue to be responsible for the quality of the work performed by its contractors and subcontractors.

Use of Contractors and Subcontractors. 4.3.1 Without limiting the Seller’s liability or obligations under this Agreement, the Seller shall be permitted to use contractors may engage Contractors and subcontractors Subcontractors to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement. Any Contractors and Subcontractors engaged by the Seller to perform any portion of the Seller’s obligations under this Agreement shall have all licences and registrations required to perform the services to be performed by such Subcontractor, provided however, that such contractors and subcontractors shall be duly licensed must maintain insurance as required pursuant to Clause 22 (Project Insurance) and shall provide perform any work in accordance with applicable industry standards. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller shall continue to be responsible for the quality of the work performed by its contractors and subcontractors.
