As used in this Agreement, the words "herein", "hereto" and "hereunder", and other words of similar import refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular paragraph, subparagraph or other subdivision. When the context so requires in this Agreement, the masculine gender includes the feminine and/or neuter.
