Use of Business Support Materials. Subject to the exception under Policy 5.2, Coaches are only permitted to use Business Support Materials that have been produced and/or distributed by the Company for the promotion of their business, OPTAVIA products, programs, services and the business opportunity (“Company-Produced Business Support Materials”). Coaches may not create, prepare or use their own Business Support Materials.
