The "Use Information" clause defines how information shared between parties under an agreement may be used. Typically, it outlines the permitted purposes for which the recipient can use the disclosed information, such as fulfilling contractual obligations or providing specified services, and may restrict use for unrelated or competitive activities. This clause is essential for protecting the disclosing party’s interests by ensuring that sensitive or proprietary information is not misused or exploited beyond the agreed scope.
Use Information. Varo may track and archive certain information regarding your use of the Varo Application ("Use Information"). Use Information does not reveal your personal identity. Use Information may be stored and processed in the United States where Varo or its agents maintain facilities.
Use Information. The parties mutually agree that this MOU is being executed and entered into in order to carry out the governmental purpose established by the ▇▇▇▇ Program. FPR will assist the OCHRA in using the property only for the purposes of providing transitional housing for persons and families of low and moderate income as defined in M.S. FPR will notify the OCHRA within one work day when they learn that a unit will be vacated.
Use Information. Customer (i) is fully responsible for any unauthorized collection, disclosure, disposal or use of, or access to, personal data in Customer’s possession or under Customer’s control that relates to an Employee’s or End User’s use of the M2M Device including, without limitation, location information; (ii) will implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the same; (iii) will maintain an up-to-date privacy policy that fully explains (a) what information it collects about its Employees and End Users, (b) how it uses that information, (c) how it secures that information, and (d) to whom it discloses that information; and (iv) will comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation data security, privacy, marketing, and consumer protection laws as applicable within the United States, as well as with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations with respect to any personal data that Customer may process with respect to an Employee or End User.
Use Information in any way use the Information or any knowledge or information which it may acquire as a result of receiving the Information in any way which is directly or indirectly in competition with the Discloser or which is otherwise directly or indirectly detrimental to the interests of the Discloser or for any other purpose whatsoever; or
