Use by Other Law Enforcement Officers. Tenant agrees to negotiate in good faith with government law enforcement agencies, include but not limited to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department and California Highway Patrol, to use the Premises for qualifying officers. Such use will not occur on Wednesdays, on which the City of Banning Police Department has exclusive use of the Premises. The City of Banning Police Department agrees that it shall not allow any of the government law enforcement agencies which Tenant has negotiated with for use of the Premises to use the Premises on Wednesdays.
