USA Patriot Act Notice; Compliance. In order for Administrative Agent to comply with “know your customer” and Anti-Money Laundering Laws, rules and regulations, including without limitation, the PATRIOT Act, prior to any Bank that is organized under the laws of a jurisdiction outside of the United States of America becoming a party hereto, Administrative Agent may request, and such Bank shall provide to Administrative Agent, its name, address, tax identification number and/or such other identification information as shall be necessary for Administrative Agent to comply with such laws, rules and regulations.
