U.S. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS. Customer acknowledges that the Licensed Materials and all related technical information, documents and materials are subject to export controls under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Customer covenants and agrees to comply with all import and export control regulations of the United States with respect to the Licensed Material. Customer acknowledges that it may not re-export or divert the Licensed Material or any related technical information, document or material, or direct derivatives thereof, to any country set forth on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s list of State Sponsors of Terror (currently, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria), including any future changes to the government’s list of State Sponsors of Terror.
