Supported Releases. Serena will continue to support the immediately preceding release of the Software for a period of twelve (12) months following the earlier of (a) the discontinuance of the Software or (ii) the date that a new release of the Software becomes generally available, provided that Customer has paid applicable Maintenance fees and incorporated all Maintenance patch releases issued by Serena for the release of the Software.

Xxxxxx will continue to support the immediately preceding release of the Software for a period of twelve (12) months following the earlier of (a) the discontinuance of the Software or (ii) the date that a new release of the Software becomes generally available, provided that Customer has paid applicable Maintenance fees and incorporated all Maintenance patch releases issued by Xxxxxx for the release of the Software.

Parasoft shall continue to support the immediately preceding release of the Software for a period of twelve (12) months following the discontinuance of such Software or the date on which the new release becomes generally available, provided that You have paid applicable Maintenance fees and incorporated all Maintenance patch releases issued by Parasoft for the release of the Software.
Supported Releases. CiteRight will provide technical support for Customers that are running one of the following Releases (the “Supported Releases”): • Current Major Release: The latest Minor or Minor-Minor Release of the current Major Release. • Previous Major Release: The latest Minor or Minor-Minor Release of the previous Major Release.
Supported Releases. Support is only available for the most current release, and in Sun’s sole discretion, one (1) previous version release of the Supported Product or Technology.
Supported Releases. Pulse Secure will make available Supported Releases and applicable Documentation, if any, to End User as such releases become generally commercially available. Each Supported Release will include a written description of the changes included in such release, and such description will also include a discussion of the purpose or reason for releasing the Supported Release. End User’s rights in Supported Releases are subject to the terms and conditions of the Pulse Secure End User License Agreement (“XXXX”).
Supported Releases. Elavon will provide Simplify Software Support Services to Company only for (i) the then- current Release of the Simplify Software, if Company licenses an Application from Voltage Security, Inc., or (ii) the then-current Release and, for no more than 14 days following the delivery of the then-current Release, the immediately prior Release of the Simplify Software, if Company licenses an Application from Verifone, Inc. (collectively, a “Supported Release”); provided that Company complies with the terms and conditions of this Simplify License and the Documentation, including, without limitation, payment obligations.
Supported Releases. Support is only available for the most current release of a TCK, and in Sun’s sole discretion, certain previous version releases of the TCK for a particular Supported Product or Technology.
