Common use of Urban Water Management Planning Act Clause in Contracts

Urban Water Management Planning Act. (Wat. Code, § 10610 et seq.) If the Recipient is an “urban water supplier” as defined by Water Code section 10617, the Recipient certifies that it has submitted an Urban Water Management Plan that has been deemed complete by the Department of Water Resources and is in compliance with that plan. This shall constitute a condition precedent to this Agreement.
