Upon request by the AAAPP Clause Samples
The 'Upon request by the AAAPP' clause establishes that certain actions or obligations are triggered only when the AAAPP (presumably a party or authority in the agreement) formally requests them. In practice, this means that other parties are not required to act or provide information unless and until the AAAPP makes a specific request, such as submitting documentation or performing a particular task. This clause ensures that responsibilities are only activated as needed, preventing unnecessary work and clarifying when obligations arise, thereby streamlining communication and operational efficiency.
Upon request by the AAAPP the Sub-Recipient shall provide the AAAPP with non-electronic (paper) copies of records. Non-electronic (paper) copies provided to the AAAPP of any document that was originally in electronic form with an electronic signature must identify the person and the person’s capacity who electronically signed the document on any non-electronic copy of the document.
