Upon reasonable cause. if an employee fails to comply at any point during the Disability Management process, they shall be sent, by email, a non-compliance letter signed by the Facility Manager providing a minimum of ten (10) calendar days’ notice following the send date to comply with the information requested from Disability Management. The Company will have just cause to discharge the employment of employees who fail to comply with timelines stated above.
