Upgrade Customer. A customer that submits an Upgrade Request. Incremental Auction Revenue Rights, Incremental Available Transfer Capability Revenue Rights, Incremental Deliverability Rights, and Incremental Capacity Transfer Rights (as defined in Section 2.35 of Attachment DD of the Tariff).
