Common use of Unspecified Services Clause in Contracts

Unspecified Services. Services not identified in this Subcontract that will enable the Provider and sub-recipients to more effectively meet the objectives state in Part 1, Section B of this Attachment. Submission of a justification document, a request and prior written approval from the Network Contract Manager are required for these services to be reimbursed under this Subcontract.
