Common use of Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers Clause in Contracts

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. BudgeTel will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all BudgeTel customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff.
