Common use of Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers Clause in Contracts

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. NGTelecom will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all NGTelecom customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariff.

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. NGTelecom XXXxxxx.xxx will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all NGTelecom XXXxxxx.xxx customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariff.

NGTelecom ALTICOMM will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all NGTelecom ALTICOMM customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariff.

NGTelecom NOW will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all NGTelecom NOW customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariff.

NGTelecom eXpeTel will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all NGTelecom eXpeTel customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariff.
