Common use of Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers Clause in Contracts

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. Telephone One will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Telephone One customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff.

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. Direct Telephone One will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Direct Telephone One customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff.

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. Easy Telephone One will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Easy Telephone One customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff.

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. Telephone One Fast Phones will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Telephone One Fast Phones customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff.

Consumers Telephone One & Telecom will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Consumers Telephone One & Telecom customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff.

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. Down Home Telephone One will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Down Home Telephone One customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff.
