Common use of Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers Clause in Contracts

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. MYLINETOO will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all MYLINETOO customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth's GSST.

MYLINETOO Spectrotel will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all MYLINETOO Spectrotel customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth's ’s GSST.

MYLINETOO The Phone Connection will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all MYLINETOO The Phone Connection customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth's GSST.
