Unlawful Acts and Legal Proceedings. In connection with: (i) discussing or disclosing information about unlawful acts in the workplace, such as harassment or discrimination or any other conduct that the Executive has reason to believe is unlawful; and/or (ii) any legal action or proceeding in which the Executive or the Employer seeks to enforce or interpret any provision of this Agreement. No prior notice or disclosure to Employer is required for these actions.
