Common use of UNIVERSAL Clause in Contracts

UNIVERSAL. Drivers must be at least 19 years of age, have completed all training, have a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License (or valid license from a contiguous state) appropriate to the type of vehicle they will be operating and a minimum of 3 years of current driving experience within the United States (US), including experience driving multi-passenger vehicles.
