Unit Member Workday. 7.1 The District recognizes that the varying nature of a unit member’s day-to-day professional responsibilities does not lend itself solely to an instructional day of rigidly established length. Except as specified in Section 7.11, the unit member’s workday shall be defined as a “Professional Day.”
