Unit Member Consultation on Building Programs. In formulating designs and plans for the construction of new school buildings and/or the material alteration of existing school facilities, the Board, the Administration and the architects will consult with the unit members of those grade levels and specialists to be affected thereby, and the recommendations and suggestions of such unit members will be considered in formulating such plans. If such recommendations and suggestions are not to be accepted, the unit members will be notified in writing of reasons for non-acceptance.
