Unit Management Sample Clauses
The Unit Management clause defines how individual units within a property or project are organized, maintained, and overseen. It typically outlines responsibilities for the upkeep, repair, and administration of each unit, specifying whether these duties fall to the owner, tenant, or a management entity.
