Unit Chairpersons. Unit Chairpersons and grievants shall be permitted to have reasonable time off without loss of pay for the investigation and processing of grievances and arbitrations. The Association will furnish the Employer with a list of Unit Chairpersons and their jurisdictions. Within six (6) months the Association shall delineate the jurisdiction of Unit Chairpersons so that no Chairperson need travel between work locations or subdivisions thereof while investigating grievances.
