Common use of Union Release Time Clause in Contracts

Union Release Time. 25.01 a. The Board agrees to provide to members of the NSTU-CRRC Executive up to twenty-five (25) teaching days per school year, with pay, as required to carry out duties of office within the Chignecto-Central Regional School Board region. The Union may carry forward any unused days in a given year up to a maximum of fifteen (15) days (non-cumulative)
