Common use of Union Postings Clause in Contracts

Union Postings. Anixter Center shall provide a bulletin board in each program as set forth in Section 1(b) above for the posting of notice of Union activities. Copies of all bulletin board postings shall be furnished to the President or his designee prior to the time of posting. The President or his designee may notify the Union that Anixter Center desires to modify the posting, and the Union shall meet with Anixter Center to discuss such modification. Postings not provided to the President or his designee prior to the time of posting shall be removed by Anixter Center.
