Deadlines for Providing Insurance Documents after Renewal or Upon Request As set forth herein, certain insurance documents must be provided to the OGS Procurement Services contact identified in the Contract Award Notice after renewal or upon request. This requirement means that the Contractor shall provide the applicable insurance document to OGS as soon as possible but in no event later than the following time periods: For certificates of insurance: 5 business days For information on self-insurance or self-retention programs: 15 calendar days For other requested documentation evidencing coverage: 15 calendar days For additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements: 30 calendar days Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Contractor shall have promptly requested the insurance documents from its broker or insurer and shall have thereafter diligently taken all steps necessary to obtain such documents from its insurer and submit them to OGS, OGS shall extend the time period for a reasonable period under the circumstances, but in no event shall the extension exceed 30 calendar days.
NOTICE TO UTAH BORROWERS This written agreement is a final expression of the agreement between you and the Credit Union. This written agreement may not be contradicted by evidence of any oral agreement.
Resignation Notice To resign in good standing, an employee shall give at least ten (10) working days’ notice of resignation. Failure of an employee to give at least ten (10) working days’ notice of resignation will result in loss of the privilege to be rehired in the Minnesota Judicial Branch. The period of notice may be reduced or waived by the Employer or its designees. The employee must be present at work on effective date of separation except as otherwise authorized by the employee's appointing authority An employee shall have the right to withdraw a written resignation within three (3) calendar days of its submission.
Pricing Increase Requests Subsequent to the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term and in accordance with the schedule for price adjustments established by OGS, Contractor may request an increase in the pricing contained in the Centralized Contract by submitting an update request based on change in pricing level as contained in Appendix C, Contract Modification Procedure to the OGS Contract Administrator. With any price increase request, in addition to the requirements contained in Appendix C, the Contractor must certify in writing that the price change for the Services is the same as its pricing in its GSA Supply Schedule, and that Contractor documents the request to the satisfaction of the State.
Representative of the Borrower; Addresses Section 7.01. The Minister of Finance of the Borrower is designated as representative of the Borrower for the purposes of Section 11.03 of the General Conditions.
Modifications and Updates to the Wire Center List and Subsequent Transition Periods 2.1.4.12.1 In the event BellSouth identifies additional wire centers that meet the criteria set forth in Section 2.1.4.5, but that were not included in the Initial Wire Center List, BellSouth shall include such additional wire centers in a carrier notification letter (CNL). Each such list of additional wire centers shall be considered a “Subsequent Wire Center List”.
Employee Leaving During Notice An employee whose employment is to be terminated for reasons set out in this clause may terminate employment during the period of notice and, if so, shall be entitled to the same benefits and payments under this clause had the employee remained with the employer until the expiry of such notice. This is with the provision that in such circumstances the employee shall not be entitled to payment instead of notice.
Notice of Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Company when any representative of the Union intends to visit the worksite for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits will not disrupt employees working without the supervisor/manager’s permission.
Amendment in Writing This Agreement and each of its terms may only be amended, waived, supplemented or modified in a writing signed by the signatories hereto or their respective clients.
