Common use of Union Mailbox Clause in Contracts

Union Mailbox. a. The Agency shall furnish the Union with an acceptable mail receptacle at the location where mail is initially delivered to the FAA. b. Mail shall be placed in the receptacle as soon as practicable. c. The Agency assumes no other responsibility for such mail; however, the Agency recognizes its obligation to abide by the provisions of the United States Postal Service regulations with respect to the privacy and security of mail.
