Common use of Union Label Clause in Contracts

Union Label. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement for an Owner Operator and/or Employees to post the VCTA - CAW-Canada Union label in a conspicuous place in the cab of the vehicle or equipment he/she is operating. The positioning of the label shall be in accordance with Company policy. The standard position shall be the driver’s side no-draught window.
