Common use of Union Label Clause in Contracts

Union Label. The County agrees that any employee covered by this MOU will have the right to wear on their person and/or display in their workstation their Union affiliation. This includes buttons, lapel pins and pens, unless doing so is contrary to the Fresno County Employee Relations Ordinance or a department policy/procedure.
