Union Input. Union representatives will be given a good faith opportunity to meet and give input to the process used to modify, change, or establish standards and will then meet with the District representatives to make recommendations. Prior to the establishment of new District Time Allocation Standards, the District will provide a copy of the plan to the Union. The frequency of work to be done shall be determined solely by the District.
