UNION EQUIPMENT Clause Samples

The UNION EQUIPMENT clause defines the specific equipment that is provided, shared, or utilized jointly by parties under a union or collective agreement. Typically, this clause outlines which tools, machinery, or devices are made available for union-related activities, such as meeting rooms, office equipment, or communication devices, and may specify conditions for their use and maintenance. Its core function is to ensure that union representatives and members have the necessary resources to effectively carry out their duties, thereby supporting fair representation and efficient labor-management relations.
