Union Discrimination Prohibited. 11.14 There shall be no discrimination against or intimidation of any employee for reasons of union membership or union activity, or for the exercise of his/her rights under this Agreement, the Canada Labour Code, the Labour Standards Act of Nunavut or any other applicable legislation.
