Common use of Union Communication Clause in Contracts

Union Communication. The Union shall be allowed the use of a portion of bulletin board space at each service office for the purpose of posting Union notices. The content of the Union’s communications through the Employer’s facilities specified in this Section 4.3 will be provided to the Employer in advance and will be mutually agreed upon.
