Union Commitment Sample Clauses

Union Commitment. In consideration of the promises and agreements contained herein, the Union will not strike or picket for recognition at any Addus facilities, provided that the terms of this Article are adhered to.

Union Commitment. The Union agrees that there will be no strike as defined by the Code during the life of this Collective Agreement. If an Employee engages in a strike, slowdown, stoppage of work, picketing of the Employer’s premises or refusal to perform work during the life of this Collective Agreement, the Union shall instruct them to return to work immediately and perform their duties faithfully and resort to the grievance procedure established herein for the settlement of any difference or grievance. If the Employee does not return immediately, they shall be deemed to have terminated their employment.

Union Commitment. The Union will actively participate in all aspects of the safety and health program. The Union is committed to ensuring its members are provided a safe and healthy work environment free of recognized hazards. The Union encourages the active involvement of its members.

Union Commitment. The Union commits: (a) that in exercising its representative role under this Agreement it will do so in accordance with this Agreement provided that this commitment will not preclude the Union from exercising its organisational objectives in an appropriate manner; (b) to work cooperatively with Strait Link to enhance the standards and conditions in the markets in which Strait Link operates; and (c) to participate in regular consultative forums with senior management of Strait Link.
