Underlying Property Sample Clauses

The 'Underlying Property' clause defines the specific real estate asset or property to which the agreement pertains. It typically identifies the property by address, legal description, or parcel number, ensuring there is no ambiguity about what is being referenced in the contract. By clearly specifying the subject property, this clause prevents disputes over the scope of the agreement and ensures all parties are aligned regarding the asset involved.
