Common use of UNDERGROUND Clause in Contracts

UNDERGROUND. It is agreed that employees performing work in tunnels and any other type of underground work other than open trenches shall receive fifty cents ($0.50) per hour in addition to the hourly rate of pay. LABOURER Employees working as a labourer perform general work duties such as cleanup and material moving. For clarity, no labourer shall perform any work considered part of the electrical trade.
