Underbody Clearance Clause Samples
The Underbody Clearance clause defines the minimum distance required between the underside of a vehicle and the ground. This specification ensures that vehicles, such as trucks or construction equipment, have enough space to safely traverse uneven terrain, speed bumps, or other obstacles without damaging their undercarriage. By setting a clear standard for clearance, the clause helps prevent operational issues and costly repairs due to underbody impacts, thereby ensuring vehicle suitability for its intended environment.
