Underage Citrus (Arizona and California. The CP allow a WA to insure acreage that has not reached at least the sixth growing season after being set out. Only citrus trees entering the fifth growing season will be considered, and only the acreage identified on the WA will be insurable under the terms of the WA (other underage acreage reaching the fifth growing season but not included on the WA will remain uninsurable).
