Common use of Under the Master Lease Clause in Contracts

Under the Master Lease. Sublandlord must obtain the consent of Landlord to any subletting. This Sublease shall not be effective unless, on or before August 7, 1998, Landlord signs and delivers to Sublandlord and Subtenant a consent to this Sublease thereby giving Landlord's consent to this subletting.

This Sublease shall not be effective unless, on or before August 7, 1998within fourteen (14) days after the execution of this Sublease by Subtenant and Sublandlord, Landlord signs and delivers to Sublandlord and Subtenant a consent to this Sublease thereby giving Landlord's consent reasonably acceptable to this sublettingSubtenant.
