Common use of Uncured Breach Clause in Contracts

Uncured Breach. The General Partner breaches any material provision of this Agreement and the breach continues for more than (30) days after the General Partner has received written notice, or, in the case of a breach that cannot be cured within thirty (30) days, the General Partner fails to begin curing the breach within thirty (30) days or the breach remains uncured for ninety (90) days;
