Unauthorized Substitution. All equipment and material furnished shall be the exact item as described in this contract. Company will not accept any substitutions unless specifically approved in writing by the Company Procurement Representative. Equipment or material for which unauthorized substitution is made shall be considered suspect/counterfeit.
