Common use of Unauthorized Access Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Access. The term "Unauthorized Access" shall mean any access to the Software or Documentation except for the exclusive purposes of composing, transmitting, receiving, and parsing XML documents via web services, demonstrating the performance, utility and functions of the Software, and training employees of Licensee in the use of the Software.

Unauthorized Access. The term "“Unauthorized Access" ” shall mean any access to the Software or Documentation and the Services except for the exclusive purposes of composingusing the Services; accessing, transmitting, receivingretrieving, and parsing XML documents via web services, demonstrating the performance, utility and functions of the Software, and training employees of Licensee in the use of the Softwareviewing Data.

The term "Unauthorized Access" shall mean any access to the Software or Documentation except by Licensee or any third party for any use other than within the exclusive purposes License Scope, in connection with the operation of composingLicensee's business, transmitting, receiving, and parsing XML documents via web services, demonstrating evaluating the performance, utility and functions of the Software, and training employees or independent contractors of Licensee in the use of the Software.

The term "Unauthorized Access" shall mean any access to the Software or Documentation except for the exclusive purposes of composing, transmitting, receiving, and parsing XML documents via web services, services demonstrating the performance, utility and functions of the Software, developing new web services, and training employees of Licensee in the use of the Software.

The term "“Unauthorized Access" ” shall mean any access Access to the Software Service, the Software, the Documentation, or Documentation the Web Site except for the exclusive purposes of composing(i) using the Service; (ii) Accessing, transmittingretrieving, receiving, or viewing Data; (iii) inputting and parsing XML documents via web services, demonstrating the performance, utility and functions of the Software, and training employees of Licensee in the use of the Software.retrieving User content;
