The occurrence of substantial deviations in the work of construction from the Plans or any Subdivision completion schedule without the prior approval of Lender, or the appearance of defective workmanship or materials, which deviations or defects are not corrected within thirty (30) days after Borrower’s discovery or receipt of written notice thereof.
