Australian Consumer Law To the extent you are located in Australia: The supply of the Products or Services under this Agreement may be subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Australian Competition and Consumer Xxx 0000 (Cth) ("Australian Consumer Law"). Where this is the case, the following statement applies in respect of any failure to comply with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law: Our Products and Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the Australian Consumer Laws apply, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, subject to the limitation of liability below. For corporate holders, corporate signing resolutions, including certificate of incumbency, are also required to accompany the transfer, unless there is a “Signature & Authority to Sign Guarantee” Stamp affixed to the transfer (as opposed to a “Signature Guaranteed” Stamp) obtained from an authorized officer of the Royal Bank of Canada, Scotia Bank or TD Canada Trust or a Medallion Signature Guarantee with the correct prefix covering the face value of the certificate.
Rozhodné právo This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of Czech Republic. Courts of the Czech Republic will have jurisdiction over all disputes arising under this Agreement. Group Life Insurance The Hospital shall contribute one hundred percent (100%) toward the monthly premium of HOOGLIP or other equivalent group life insurance plan in effect for eligible full-time employees in the active employ of the Hospital on the eligibility conditions set out in the existing Agreements.

Group Life Insurance Plan Section 1 - Eligibility Regular full-time and regular part-time employees who are on staff January 1, 1979 or who join the staff following this date shall, upon completion of the three-month probationary period, become members of the Group Life Insurance Plan as a condition of employment.
