UK Addendum. In the event that any transfer of Personal Data from the United Kingdom requires implementation of appropriate safeguards under the UK GDPR, the parties acknowledge and agree that such transfer shall be governed by the UK GDPR and the provisions of a UK Addendum appended to this DPA as an additional Schedule (the “UK Addendum”).
