UGMA/UTMA Funds in an Account. (a) The rights of an Account Owner acting in a custodial capacity for a minor under UGMA/UTMA are limited by the applicable UGMA/UTMA laws and by the Program with respect to those funds. The Account Owner solely is responsible for ensuring compliance with all UGMA/UTMA requirements.
