The Loan Parties shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, within 30 days after the Closing Date, filed as stamped copies of the UCC-3 Financing Statement Assignments naming PNC Bank, National Association, as Collateral Trustee, as secured party in the place of Wilmington Trust Company, on UCC-1 Financing Statements naming the entity identified below, as debtor, filed with the Secretary of State in the jurisdiction of organization for such debtor:
