Common use of Tutoring Clause in Contracts

Tutoring. i) Academic casual staff member required to deliver or present a tutorial (or equivalent delivery through other than face to face teaching mode) of a specified duration and relatedly provide directly associated non-contact duties in the nature of preparation, reasonably contemporaneous marking and student consultation, will be paid at a rate for each hour of tutorial delivered or presented (refer to Schedule 1 of this Agreement).

Tutoring. i) Academic 3.1 A casual staff member employee required to deliver or present a tutorial (or equivalent delivery through other than face to face teaching mode) of a specified duration and relatedly provide directly associated non-contact duties in the nature of preparation, reasonably contemporaneous marking performed during a tutorial and student consultation, will shall be paid at a rate for each hour of tutorial delivered or presented (refer presented, according to Schedule 1 of this Agreement).the following table:
