Turnover Package Sample Clauses

The Turnover Package clause defines the requirement for a contractor or service provider to deliver a comprehensive set of documents, materials, and information upon completion of a project or at the end of their engagement. This package typically includes as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, test certificates, and any other documentation necessary for the client to operate, maintain, and manage the completed works. By specifying the contents and timing of the turnover package, this clause ensures a smooth transition of responsibility and knowledge from the contractor to the client, minimizing operational disruptions and clarifying post-completion obligations.
