Common use of Tuition Benefit Program Clause in Contracts

Tuition Benefit Program. The University is encouraged to accommodate employees seeking to take courses under the tuition benefit program in accordance with University rules and regulations. The University shall provide the following Employee Education Program ("EEP"). The EEP is funded from limited existing University resources. Full-time employees may enroll for up to six (6) credit hours of instruction per term (Fall, Spring, or Summer) at the University without payment of tuition and fees. Eligible full-time employees may elect to transfer their tuition waiver eligibility, for up to six (6) undergraduate credit hours of instruction per term (Fall, Spring, or Summer), to a dependent, spouse, or domestic partner at the University. Program definitions, detail, operation, eligibility requirements, and funding levels shall be as determined by the University and consistent with the requirements of Florida Statutes.
